Return and Exchange Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Return and Cancellation Policy: Thank you for choosing our products through our Etsy Think BIG. Be BOLD. ACT NOW. store. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Cancellations: As much as we would like to accommodate cancellations, our process involves custom printing for each order upon submission. Once an order is placed, it's immediately sent to the manufacturer for preparation and shipping. Due to this personalized process, we regret that we are unable to accept cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges: Given the custom nature of our printed items, we do not support returns or exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size, color, or have changed your mind. To assist you in making the right choice, we provide a size chart in both imperial and metric measurements. You can locate the size chart among the mock-up images. We highly recommend referencing this chart before placing your order. If uncertain, feel free to reach out to us for guidance before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction with the product you receive.

Issues with Your Order: In the event that you encounter any problems with the item you've ordered, please don't hesitate to contact us using the provided contact information at our Etsy Store. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your shopping experience. We'll work diligently to address any issues and make things right for you.

Our Commitment: We strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you at every step of your shopping journey. Your feedback and happiness with your purchase are important to us.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our policies, feel free to contact us through our Think BIG Be BOLD ACT NOW Etsy Store. We will be more than happy to assist you.
